Welcome

For some people, change involves letting go, accepting and healing.

 

For others, it is about clarity, courage and action.

 

New ways of thinking, acting and relating to those we care about are possible.

 

I have over 13 years' experience as a registered psychologist working with individuals

and couples. 

 

I use evidenced-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness. I have a special interest in recent adjustments to these models for neurodiverse clients.

 

I am also trained in Existential Therapy to assist with navigating philosophical enquiry about a meaningful life.  (For more see my article, “Leading Minds” from Sydney University Alumni Magazine.)
